The quality of the room is above average and the tranquility of the hotel is outstanding.
There was confusion in the accounting department because I had booked & paid through you. As a result, I was double invoiced. Moreover, while I had booked a one night stay the hotel records indicated that I had booked a two night stay. Sorting things out was well handled by the lady in charge of check out but I will monitor my Visa statement to ensure that I am not overcharged.

Room was great. We received complementary upgrade for my wife's birthday. Service staff in lobby bar was excellent.
6 elevators but still had to wait for two elevators due to overcrowding. Had to "compete" with passengers from 1st floor spa / pool area and guests checking in on 2nd floor.

It was very close to the game we went to.
The room we were in was extemely noisy. We were right by a room service/maids area. The door would slam closed everytime someone walked in or out. It happened several times per hour. It seems very inconsiderate for the door to be so loud after 10 pm. I was very disappointed, especially for the amount of money we spent.

The location was great, the room was excellent. The staff were impeccable, especially Sam at the front desk, she was fabulous in helping us out.
Nothing negative to say at all.
